Sunny this morning; I almost turned off the outside lights before my relief arrived, but decided it was not quite time. The sweetgum trees are now deep red, but the gingko trees are just starting to develop a little yellow. A lot of orange and yellow leaves have fallen from the tree in our backyard with the recent rain; I gave the oleander its almost last pruning (one or two bits are still flowering) and picked a few of the leaves off the lawn while I was taking away the clippings.
