The dentist mucked up the impression so a new one must be taken next week and then a further 2 weeks before they try sticking another new top on it. (My mother asked whether my tooth was fixed yet.)

I hate dentists.

I know. Chuck did such a good job between visits that the dentist decided to wait until December to evaluate doing impressions for a plate to see if he can save another tooth. If it doesn't, it'll have to be pulled and he'll have to wait LONGER.
Right now he wishes he HADN'T done such a good job.....
