One crop we are really out of touch with here is wheat. I belatedly blóted in the park for the first harvest festival.

For a number of yrs I grew a small patch of both Wheat and Rice to be used for symbolic/spiritual/ornamental reasons but didn't this yr. Considering our weather(drought followed by Monsoon;>)the wheat'd been "toast" but the Rice would've done well;>.
