One of the houses across from the park is for rent by the owner. A reasonable-sized tract house, 3 bedrooms and they claim 2 baths; it's been renovated to remove a lot of interior walls, I'm not sure I'd trust its stability, but the one next door, which is or was for sale, has had a nasty 1970s update. The rent: $4,500 a month. Wow.
