The neighbors have their enormous inflatable Rudolf filling half their tiny front yard again. He's tethered, but falls over frequently, subsiding at various angles in the limited space, and this year they haven't switched on his head swivel; perhaps it's broken, there's a clamp (possibly a clothespin) at the nape of his neck. Other Xmas ornaments in the yard include large lights in the ornamental tree, a green cactus perched on the haybale they set up for Hallowe'en, and a unicorn sitting like a dog and illuminated from within.
