The rain petered out with gusto: the alternating bands of downpour and glistening sun reminded me a bit of Texas. My computer was being updated for most of the day, so I started a jigsaw puzzle instead. And Nob Hill was still out of/not stocking the remaining useful Sobes: the bright yellow citrus with both caffeine and ginseng. Luckily I had enough from cleaning out Safeway last week (we alternate the two supermarkets).
