a lot with privacy fences in front,




others with the yard forming part of the presentation.




One family have a German Shepherd on permanent guard by the garage.




When I got home one of the two white dogs greeted me through the neighbor's window.

The red house has those knobbly trees, looks odd!

Yes, altogether an odd look, at least in suburbia - farmer's red paint job, ranch detailing, and pollarded trees. Maybe it looks more natural in summer.
