The raised bed at the park where the dog was really enthusiastic about rooting has had all the vegetation cut back, leaving just three spindly trees. I'm sorry for the flowers, but one evening last week as we were passing the park entrance, a rat ran out of another thicket she likes to drag me through. Perhaps one of the kids at the daycamp using the park building also saw one.
