I blóted for Éostre on the full moon day; I'm oldfashioned and Anglo-Saxon. I cracked open a bottle of red wine I had lying around in my bedroom. A sparrow flew up as I began, and I also noticed clouds of new sage-green growth on the huge oak tree a couple of yards over that had great chunks cut off it last year lest it shade anybody's property. The dog also came out briefly to check on me. Happy Éostrentide all, and happy spring.
