I've just been informed by a customer that I should only have AM talk radio on in the store because there are dead people in the frequency modulation of FM radio. I'm sure this is something known in some quarters, but it's new to me. I told him I didn't see why the dead people shouldn't be allowed to enjoy being in the store.

Or you know, point out that the FCC doesn't allow that on commercial stations.
