The day started out sunny, and is a little warmer than it has been, but is another Spare the Air day and soon became cloudy and dark. I walked the dog in the park; it was quiet, very little traffic, a few couples out walking and a few parents supervising kids. A lone black dog was running after balls in the middle of the playing field.
