The door was banging early this morning, and when I came out of the store it was cloudy but the hills at the east end of El Camino were so sharp I wished I had my camera, and gulls were wheeling about, diving in the dumpster for the restaurants at the corner and screaming. On the way home the bus windshield was spattered with light rain.
