It did rain on Saturday. Instead of the library, we went to one of the few Sears stores still open in the area, because we both needed socks. I had my camera and should have taken a photo of the chibi Spiderman plushie I found totally misplaced in the white goods department. The sporadic showers - one very heavy - enlivened the drive by evidently inspiring the locals of San Jose to tailgate and change lanes at way illegal speeds, but nobody hit us.
