Here's (most of) the crowd in front of the house where the guy loves holiday inflatables. As I said, mostly Pooh and friends.
He lets them hang out in the daytime. Others don't.
This must involve shepherds - there are sheep. Maybe it's an entire manger scene; see the star.

And this is sad indeed - Santa appears to have keeled over in front of the trash cans. Or be staked out to be pecked by crows.
