The housemate and I have both caught sight of a new pale-coloured tortie cat in the back yard at night, and I've seen a grey longhair with a tatty tail fleeing from me in the driveway on enough nights to suspect it's either living or hunting there. The dog is oblivious - deafer than me at this point. I hope the rats find a new home elsewhere.
