The co-worker whose mother is/was in hospital called in, and is supposed to be working today. If he's there, I don't have to work Monday nights and have declined the extra hours. I hope he's there.

ETA: He didn't show. I have to work Mondays.


Rain showers this afternoon. Small and localized - part but not all of the back yard appears to have been watered - but welcome.
