Got an e-mail over my weekend - HQ has decided to close the store at 2 am from now on. Massive chaos and confusion as to what our schedules will actually be and whether my hours will be cut. Decisions changing from day to day. Hard to know when to sleep, and to do so when the option is available. Customers are predictably also either confused or angry - many can't or don't read and didn't see or understand the sign, and we still have "24 hours" painted on the window in 6" letters; not that I haven't been fielding at least one query a night for years about when we close.
