This morning I got to see the sunrise while waiting for the bus. Then when I passed the swimming pool, the mallard couple were back. He was resting on the line of floats marking off the deep end while she paddled around picking off stuff from the surface nearby. The Roomba was silently gliding about on the bottom, but clearly it needs help. I was glad to see them again, but I'm sure the park groundskeepers aren't.
