The young opossum bought the farm; when I walked the dogs, I saw him/her lying in the corner of a front lawn, looking crumpled. Bear didn't notice; the housemate's dog wanted to go bother it, but I didn't let him. Fell out of the sweetgum tree, I think. If it was a fake, it was extraordinarily good.
