Walking the dogs around the park, we came upon three employees with a plan, trying to adjust the watering jets. I hope they succeeded - most areas are horribly over-watered, and not just by watering in the rain when there is rain, the playing field tends to be a morass, and I see from peering at newspapers in racks that a drought emergency has been declared.
