The morning glories are dying back despite my best efforts, having produced vast quantities of seed pods. I'm wondering how to accommodate things next year; that bed I created by hacking back a few inches of lawn will doubtless yield morning glories next year if I water it every day, and possibly a few beans too. I've saved some of the beans from pods that escaped my notice and got huge, but I also want to grow runnerbeans again. I suppose the solution is to hack out the lawn on the other side to match, put runnerbeans there, and invest in about a score of the tallest poles.
