As I was walking home, a hummingbird was buzzing around someone's flowerbed like a large bee. They used to hang out at the fountain at a particular house, but the new owners have moved the fountain to a different place and used the large basin for flowers and assembled lotus sculptures around the base and elongated pineapple sculptures along the path, and cleared some of the shrubs, and the do-over seems to have spooked the hummers.
