When the housemate's not here, I take the two dogs separately on different walks. With "Bear" I go around the park. The playing field is now in use. On Saturday they were using it for softball - I guess - the uniforms included white britches and looked basebally to me - and little kids were being taught to swing a bat off at the side of the game. Today's walk was at lunchtime and there was soccer being played in the main space and handball to one side. Usually there's a hot dog cooker; today there was an icecream vendor.
