Yesterday I was walking the dog when a shadow fell on me; I looked up and a hummingbird was about 2 feet off my shoulder. Today I was watering potted plants in the yard - with a can - and one flew over expectantly and looked me in the eye. Maybe I had better start carrying a squirt bottle of sugar-water.

LOL Maybe you better put out a feeder. Still a bit early for them here. I think, now that the tree of doom is trimmed, I may get the boy out on a ladder to put up a feeder or two for me.
