The dog was successfully lured onto my bed last night. But as soon as the housemate turned out the light, she jumped down to go and sleep with the housemate.
At least she only woke up and started barking at 7:00. Maybe she felt the earthquake they had offshore in San Francisco at two minutes past. Only 3.7, but exactly on the spot where they think the 1906 quake was centred.
