D.O.P.-T. (yesterday)

The restrictions have been relaxed a bit starting on Monday, but we're still supposed to isolate. Some people are getting sloppy about it; I had to yank the dog into the shrubbery or into the street a couple of times on walkies. And although the playground equipment in the park is still festooned with yellow keep-away tape and signs, there were something like 9 kids playing on it; I didn't stare, but I only noticed one adult, so I suspect it was a daycare group. On the other hand, drivers are being really understanding when I suddenly have to cross the street.

Has the weather been different from usual this spring and summer, where you are?

The doll on the bench in the park was joined for a few days by two friends with more modern faces and shorter skirts, but they have now left. The basketball court has been padlocked (and its fence repaired a bit) but this evening another lady was supervising her children playing on the taped-off climbing structure.
