D.O.P.-T. (yesterday)

Before sacking out, I mowed the shorter but more public meadow, the one in front of the house, and uprooted rosemary in the backyard (like other things it's having a bumper year after all the rain, and it seems to spring up overnight; unfortunately the housemate is allergic to it). There were threatening grey clouds when I put out the green waste bin for collection, but no rain fell and this morning there is again at least one dandelion flowering in front.
