Mama Violet has been sleeping in a corner at the top of the driveway past the line of 3 trash cans (recycling, greenwaste, ordinary). There's a bit of leaf litter there, so it's apparently comfy, and I suspect she's watching the compost bins for rodents. Being Mama Violet, she shoots out in high dudgeon most of the times I come out of the side door. Occasionally she stays put and just watches me, which I guess is a compliment.
