Another beautiful blue day for the ending of the year. We were out walking at about 4:30 and there was almost a crush on the pavement near the park. Our trash can didn't get emptied until 2:00, but they'd done the recycling carts first, which was probably sensible. The housemate had a miserable night being crowded by the dog; I doubt we'll be staying up to greet the new year.
