Apparently the company that sends me a box of nukable vegan dinners every week exploded in a cloud of recriminations last Friday. It took 2 days for me to think of going to their main page to find out why I wasn't being allowed to select my next week's meals. I hate cooking, and if I cook all my dinners from scratch I'm going to conflict horribly with the housemate in the kitchen, and over fridge space. And lose an hour every night. If I go to frozen dinners from the supermarket, my sodium intake is going to go up—not as much as when we started with this meal company; their meals had come to be all over the place on that and even on calories; but more than is desirable. Plus fitting 20 additional boxes into the freezer in the garage every 3 weeks, rather than up to 10 slimmer trays into the fridge at a time. Aaaand getting the fresh ingredients to last if I do the healthy, time-wasting, maximally housemate-annoying thing. Probably a combo, cooking from scratch some weeks and other weeks, zapping something tasty but unhealthy. Starting to draft the curse in my head ...
