Slightly less hot today, so the dog was able to lie outside for a bit. No cat sightings since breakfast (Prudence was waiting), except for the tabby and white who likely has a home. But the other day the mostly black cat was back, looking gaunt and raggedy as last year, scarfing all the food and lurking under a bush waiting for more to appear.
