I went back into long sleeves ... and trimmed one of the bushes in the driveway, with loud sneezing jags to scare the neighbours who haven't gone away for the long weekend. After I put away the cutting tools and the ladder, I fed the coffee grounds to the compost monster and saw Monty and Prudence curled up together on the roof of the shed on the other side of the fence.
