That planning - and the supermarket run - worked. Rain was starting as we pulled out of the driveway, and has been intermittent ever since. Los Altos has had over a tenth of an inch. Last time I looked, it was forecast for tomorrow. Now I see the entire 5-day forecast features rain. The dog wasn't so thrilled; a record short walk.
