We had a light rain shower or two this afternoon, as forecast, but Los Altos apparently didn't. Hopefully more this evening so it can be counted as well as keeping the vegetation happy.

The dog caught sight on Monty in the beds alongside the driveway, both as we were setting out on walkies and on our return. He retreated out of easy view.
