Last time I looked there was a chance of showers forecast, but we've had steady rain for most of the afternoon. Oranges continue to come down, often three a day, one of which will splatter or be hollowed out by rodents before I can get to it. Still a lot of split ones; the compost monster is getting fed a lot of cut-out chunks in addition to the peels and the spoiled ones.

Can't stand the taste ... Plus I have a nasty allergy to rodent dander, so I have to dispose of the hollowed out ones. What I'm doing is heaping my breakfast cereal with the intact ones and the safe bits of the split ones. (The housemate declines to eat her share :-))
