Yesterday it was frequently drizzling or spotting rain when it wasn't actually raining lightly. It was therefore chilly, so we both bundled up for walkies and were at the park unusually early, before the dog play group or the after-work crowd. Nonetheless, a small group was gathered at one of the barbecue stands, creating a lot of smoke. Gold 7 and 3 balloons were tethered. It crossed my mind it might be someone's 73rd birthday.
