The AP informed me this morning that the Dixie fire grew and that Greenville, California has been substantially destroyed. It was hot today, the light has been smoky, and my eyes have watered all day, so much so that I only just noticed while getting the sprinkler nozzle off the front hose to use in the back that a small spray can of dog repellant had been dropped on the porch. I presume by the mail carrier early this afternoon, so I've placed it in the mailbox.
