Another pretty, sunny day after the first overnight dip into the 30s this season. I watered to encourage the rain that we are told there is a chance we'll get tomorrow evening. Mama Violet appeared on the porch again; I'd missed her for a while and wondered how she was. She gave me a Look but after I came back inside, returned and ate the lunch I'd set out, then I saw her cross the street safely. Later I saw Silver lying under the chair in the back yard.
