Family Zoom call this morning, with Powerpoint quiz (on the housemate's set-up, with her doing the tech and helping me understand the audio). Fairly terrifying, despite an extra cup of coffee. The auto-generated subtitles were extremely bad, things like "Jesus" for "cheeses", not helped by it trying again to render the same utterance when it hadn't been repeated. But the video was better quality than I'd expected, it was good to see people, and the software did wait until the call was over to politely request updating.
