Multiple times. I observe the Solstices where possible, and my usual bedtime is anywhere between 12 and 4 am.. which this time of year means dawn.

Yes. Many of each.

Not very often, maybe surprisingly. The bus tended to come, or I had to do something by the clock, when I had a clear view of either.
