Depends on our "Singing Cat". In the last couple of months he's awakened us at 0300 or even like tonight/this morning 0130;>!
Cheers,
Pat

multi-cat household... if I'm lucky 7 hours, usually 6, bad days only four. Almost never unbroken.

Depends upon the night. Anywhere from two to eight or so. I've a sleep disorder. It depends upon how badly I'm hurting, how bad the allergies are, and whether the Cattens decide to let me sleep, sing the songs of their people in the hallway, or if Evie decides it's a sparkleball morning (meaning she insists upon keeping me awake to throw it more than twice.)

Unbroken sleep is something I used to get when I was younger.

if (is_workday())
    sleep = not_enough
else
   sleep = more_than_adequate

Currently the sun is shining on my head at some crazy hour, so I wake up briefly then, but can usually get back to sleep. Even on workdays, if it's before 7, I'm going to try to get back to sleep.
