A self-seeded sycamore at the back of the flats, right next to a row of derelict garages. The management company asked the local council for permission to chop it down (the flats are in an official conservation area) but the Council refused, saying it would make better sense to pull down the garages. Good for them!
Florida oak. Although there's a Water Oak close to the same distance from me. (That tree has to come down. They rot from the inside out, and that one can't be trusted in a hurricane, anymore. Despite the $25K DubhFosterMom spent trying to "save" it, over the last decade-and-a-half.
