None, so far. I split my head open once, but didn't bust my skull.

So far as I'm aware, none.
Possibly a little toe? But if so, I never had it seen to.

Just one so far, 26 years ago. I was running for a train, tripped on something slimy on the platform and broke my right fibula in falling. An elderly couple came up as I was struggling to get up, not to offer help, but to urge me to sue.
