The dog was full of beans on walkies. Shortly after we entered the park, she rooted in the leaf litter at the base of a tree and came up with a soggy squirrel corpse. Stick to your squeaky toys! Then she tried to leap through the chainlink at a boy retrieving a tennis ball with his racquet. And as we approached home, there was the dog she is in love with, also out on walkies, and again she tried to beat him about the head.
