Next door are refurnishing, or furnishing their garage, or something. A huge panel truck keeps backing up to their driveway, which requires complex maneuvers ending with the truck blocking the entire street straight across, and disgorging large boxes with labels like "sleeper sectional". Maybe they're renting out the garage as an apartment. It can't be an Air B'n B—no bathroom.
