While I was applying the watering can there was a tremendous feline shriek from the bottom of the driveway, where I had provided food to Ms Bella shortly before. Investigating, I found old Mr Orange beside the car, looking sheepish. I led him away and gave him some pettings; coming back, as I expected, I found Ms Bella staring at me. I hope he'd been hoping to steal her Fancy Feast, not impregnating her.
