Two nearby houses have been drilling out concrete day after day, including Sundays; I can't imagine what they're doing. The house of new fences has now had most of the lavender put in by the previous owners ripped out of the side yard and the cedar sides for raised beds are being cut and installed. I asked and was told fruits and vegetables.
