Reading about the fire in a Jim Beam whiskey warehouse yesterday, I noted it was blamed on lightning and discovered there have been several such fires, including one in 2003 where fire-devils danced on the bourbon that had spilled into the waters of the Kentucky River, oxygen was pumped in to try to save the fish, and the distiller wound up donating to the state to replace said fish. I never knew Redbeard liked whiskey that much.
