D.O.P.-T. (day before yesterday)

The tenants in half the house next door moved out. Their movers had a power lift on the truck tailgate. I kept hearing this noise like a very distant siren and wondering what it was - in the street, without closed windows in the way, it sounded more like the screeching in Chinese opera. The last things to go in were a number of very large garden pots with huge succulents in them. I had no idea they had a container garden back there. I hope it all made it safely to their next place.
