I have successfully obtained via interlibrary loan (from Cal State Fresno) what has to be one of the heftiest, two-volume "handbooks" yet: this. (Who knew the East Germans were doing all this work!) Someone has written an Icelandic gloss of Ein Handbuch in zwei Bänden on the title page of Volume 1.
